Potentially interested in giving up my Sentra. About 17 months left. Only used about 7k miles total (out of 36k).
What can I ask for that?
How much are you paying a month?
I know someone who may be interested if it was at a good deal.

Also from what I understand, original signer is still responsible for payments ultimately, and not off the hook, should the person taking over, have issues with payments

no, depends on leasing company. I know toyota you have nothing to do with the lease once there is a transfer.

And most others too, once the leasing company approves the person taking over the original lease holder is of the hook, at least with most companies, I can't say for all.

swapalease.com great site!
I got 2 cars from swapalease.com last year. Sometimes you can find real good deals.

Only reason I'm recommending it as I listed a car of mine on it last year and was very easy and smooth to deal with.

You have some normal sellers on there, at least one! ;)

I like the new feature they added, you can now check if your car is eligible to swap out as long as you enter all the information.

I'm sure one already exists. Its an easier way to find and discuss possible swaps.
Besides, there's not so many deals on there for NYC under $250 which i think a lot want

Post your Question and maybe @ludmila can answer it for you as he previously bought 2-3 listings from swapalease.

Has anyone had experience with a lease takeover? Not a transfer where it switches ownership completely but rather just switch Registration and Insurance with still being in original Lessees name. TIA
