Not what I'm talking about. A title with "JetBlue" isn't clear. Should have more info. I don't care about these Go Packs, and I not clicked on a worthless thread. This is like someone making a post, "Amazon" when they are writing about a saving they see.

It's a paid flight (paid with Amex gold which doesn't offer flight insurance AFAIK).

Just called JetBlue,
If I'll provide them with the Dr contact info and documentation then they'd waive me the flight change fee if I wanna extend the trip, or I can cancel for a JetBlue credit.

I bought a refundable JetBlue ticket last week (the flight is tomorrow). I tried cancelling it online now, but the site won't let me. Is that normal? Just PUTPAC, or should I also start freaking out?
