kohls %30 off is a good option. Though staples with there breakroom coupons is probably the cheapest option

I don't know how it works, but our office coffee machine does nto become milchig or traif if you use a non-kosher or milchig packet. We don't have Keurig though, so I am not sure if it's the same).

I've always wondered why you can get a regular coffee anywhere (Starbucks,  Wawa,  7 eleven  etc) but you can't use a keurig if it's been used for non kosher.  What if 7 eleven etc. 
previously had a non kosher flavor in that coffee machine?

Your office machine is probably a Flavia machine.  It works differently than Keurig.  There is a one-way stream of water that flows into the plastic tip at the top of a foil coffee packet, and the pressure opens the bottom of the packet to expose a filter, and the coffee comes out directly from the filter in the foil packet itself into your cup.  Nothing -- kosher, treif, or otherwise -- flows through any part of the machine (unlike Keurig, where the hot product has contact with metal and plastic machine parts).
