Iirc I can raise the temp to197 on the model I have. Whatever it is, I have it set to the highest temp and I wish it could get just a little hotter.
You can remove the K-Cup from the Keurig, and pour a shift of plain, hot water into your cup to heat it up.
Let the hot water sit there for a minute or two, if you have the time (tehillim, brachos, make your office lunch, wtvr....)
Then, pour out the hot water and then have your actual K-Cup of coffee made fresh in your pre-heated coffee mug -- Will be a lot hotter!
(PS - If you use milk, you can pre-heat that, too)
