This recall involves Keurig® MINI Plus Brewing System with model number K10 (previously identified as model number B31). Recalled brewers have an identification number starting with “31” followed by a range of numbers printed on a white sticker on the bottom of the brewer. They are single-serve, hot beverage brewers and were sold in 13 different colors with silver trim. Colors include black, red, white, cobalt blue, aqua blue, purple, platinum, emerald, yellow, orchid, bayberry, mauve and poinciana. The recalled brewers measure about 11 inches tall, have a “Brew” button, three cup size brewing options (6 oz., 8 oz. and 10 oz.), and a removable drip tray. The water tank is located on top of the unit towards the back. K10 is marked on the packaging. Recalled units were produced between December 2009 and July 2014 and can be identified by the serial number printed on a white sticker on the bottom of the brewer.

Do what do I do? I goo to the site.... there's nothing there. What do I gain if I give it in?

So if I think it could blow up I should do this ur saying not that they would give me a machine or something...

I requested this clip over 2 months ago and still didn't get anything.

many rabbanim hold that a kuerig must be toiveled.

dunking a keurig in water WILL break it, this has been tested and proven by many.

many rabbanim hold that a keurig does NOT need to be Toiveled such as R' Moshe Heiniman of baltimore and starK.

R' Moshe Feinstein held that all electronic appliances which need to be plugged into the wall do NOT need to be toiveled as they have the din of "mechubar Le'karka"

That being said, most of the yeshivish black hat circles choose not to rely on this heter from R' Moshe

Yet, R' Eliyashuv told people that when one has electronic devices which would break if toiveled then one can and should rely on R' moshe's Heter in such cases, (obviously only plugged devices).

For those who do not wish to rely on the aforementioned psakim there are two additional work arounds;
1) giving the device to a non jew, it should be made clear that it is a permanent present which you would like to borrow
2)take the electronic device apart (somewhat) and put back together. This is usually NOT a good idea as the chances of breaking it are about equal to dunking it in the mik (high)

That Reb Moshe needs a source, espescially because it directly contradicts the Igros. So does the star k statement, and Rav Elyashiv.

But I did just call Star-K who confirmed that they hold you DON'T need to toivel a keurig.
