Paying for tix to NYC-TLV what's the best website

Did a search and couldn't find this.  Didn't really know what to search for so please excuse me if this has already been discussed.

Would love some recommendations for best websites for buying tix to TLV.  Am I better off with a travel agent for any reason at all?  Orbitz price assurance seems not to great since it only works if someone else books the exact same itinerary as you.  Is orbitz better than expedia?  Should I just book directly at the airline?

 I generally use Orbitz not due to their price assurance but many times they have Multi-Carrier tkts say LH to FRA and then DL into NY which cant be found on any carriers site. Also if earning EQMs or RDMs isnt important many times they have fares very low but wont earn 100% of the miles or any at all (i pass on those)
