Last time I brought one of these to the 7-11s on M, they said (insert pakistani accent here) "Participating locations only. We do not participate."
Maybe if every goes in there with the coupon, fills up a coffee and brings it to the counter, and tells them "If that's the case, no thanks", and hands them the coffee, they'll decide it's not worth it
