If you're looking to save money, your best bet is to contact a local flying club and ask if there are any private pilots willing to do it. There are many pilots looking to add flying time (for commercial etc.) that will fly you for cheap. Those are usually in 2-4 seater planes and you have to be comfortable flying with a possible rookie.

Ok, so you just pay for the gas. It was a thought, because I have a friend here that used to take people up for a ride for free just to gain flying hours.

In the US the FAA has strict guidelines and the passenger cannot pay more than his share of the expense. I would assume the Polish authorities are more lenient though
