How to get someone at eBay (as a seller) who can actually help you:

Message them on Facebook (sounds weird buy I've done it and it works)

DM them on Twitter. (I've never done it but heard stories of success)

A lot of programs are giving you a scan form so they scan this when they pick up and all your packedges will be updated tracking same day

Try lisitng not in the basic selling mode.

New eBay accounts, may be restricted from Buy it Now listings

If buyer opened a non receive case,  and i responded back that he should get it any day and he never responded, will the case auto close? Basically there's no tracking on the item but have a feeling he received it so isn't responding.

Yes, if there is no response from the buyer then it will close eventually.

Why ship without tracking?

Not long, if you are tight with your limits, call eBay, they should easily bump you up.

I was never denied a limit that restricted me. Eventually my limits were increased to near infinite (at least for now)

I mailed something with tracking on Jan 23, no info has been uploaded by tracking. Does this mean the item is lost?
