I actually called eBay and asked them to implement auto pay. When you bid, you need to give your payment info.
A few months ago eBay has a webinar, and this was one of the topics they discussed. They are working on something I can't remember exactly what

I sold something on eBay, the seller sent a payment via PayPal and it was flagged and went under review, after a day it got cleared and I shipped the item (yesterday),
Today I got this email;
Quote
Dear xxxx xxxxxxx,

You have received a payment that we believe may not have been authorized by the PayPal account holder. Here are the details of the transaction we are investigating:

-----------------------------------Transaction Details -----------------------------------

Buyer's name: xxx xxxx
Transaction ID: xxxxxxxxxxxx

Transaction date: Mar 2, 2014 Transaction amount: $169.00 USD

We recommend that you don’t ship the item until our investigation is complete. If you’ve already shipped the item, please log in to your PayPal account and go to the Resolution Center to provide the shipping details.
Now, I already shipped the item, I don't won't this being returned to me,
Is it better to wait until the item gets delivered and then respond to the case and PayPal will refund me, or this is just some shtick that the buyer is playing on me and he will return it anyways?

You should be able to log into your Paypal account, and add the tracking.

Respond to the case right away. You are protected if you shipped with tracking to the address that was provided at the time of checkout

I did ship it with tracking, can PayPal stop USPS from delivering the package? If they could then I would rather wait until it's delivered cause I don't want to get it back, I would rather wanna be refunded by PayPal.

Am I allowed according to Ebay policy to slip into a package (that I sold) a note that in the future you can email me directly outside of Ebay and buy more?

I believe not. IIRC on bottom of their emails they ask you to report such communication.

I believe that those warnings are about the item listed on ebay. I want him to contact me if he wants more.

Just got a targeted offer for up to quadruple ebay bucks for today only.

•Earn Double eBay Bucks when you spend $50.00 - $99.99.
•Earn Triple eBay Bucks when you spend $100.00 - $149.99.
•Earn Quadruple eBay Bucks when you spend $150.00 or more.
Does anyone know if the quadruple is on top of what they show on the item page, or that includes it?

I sold a used phone around a month ago. The return policy specified was money back within 14 days with a 20% restocking fee, buyer pays shipping. Neither the buyer nor myself left feedback.
Today, I got a message from the buyer saying the phone is defective and stopped working, and he is hoping that I will give him some consideration. I sent a message back asking what the problem was, but he didn't respond yet.
Does anyone have any suggestions how I should proceed? I would just say it's too bad, but I don't want to get bad feedback.

Can buyers change feedback after they leave it?

Just sold my first item on eBay. The buyer who won the bid hasn't paid me for a week so far. I opened an unpaid case against him. How long does it take for this to get resolved so I can put it up for auction again?
