How to get someone at eBay (as a seller) who can actually help you:

Message them on Facebook (sounds weird buy I've done it and it works)

DM them on Twitter. (I've never done it but heard stories of success)

my ebay account just got suspended due to shipping to a different address and different name other then my self ....

i called up and they said no appeal will be made has anyone ever gotten out of a ebay suspension ? if yes can you please share thanks

You cant avoid that. Officially a shutdown for abusing eBay daily deal is a lifetime ban.

You could open a new account with the same name ect... it might eventually be shut down, but if you are opening just to order daily deal items, I would not suggest trying to open a new account with different information, as you will likely just ruin it for the future to open a new eBay account correctly.

To open a new account correctly - you would have to open an account will all information different (name is usually not a problem, unless its the same address)
eBay uses Mac Address, IP, Cookies, Address, DOB, phone number and a handful other items to link accounts.

I would not suggest opening a new account unless you know what you are doing

I don't think it's technically feasible for a web site you visit to see your MAC address.

That the sytem didn't update itself automatically you can update it you self by going to the item(s) you sold and make it/them paid
