Yes.

I would not suggest doing that.

Paypal is very unpredictable

Is it just me, or is everybody's: "you're item sold" emails all messed up since yesterday?
The quantity sold is showing the quantity I have listed. And it doesn't show me the buyer's email address.

I just sold 3 items on Ebay, and the buyer didn't pay in each case. I think I am going to start using Amazon as this problen is the achilles heal of Ebay. There is no potential loss for the buyer. Is there anything to do about this, or I just need to cancel the transaction, and sell again?

I thought that you can open an unpaid claim against the buyer which can have negative repercussions to them. Is there an option to block buyers with unpaid claims?

Yes sure there is a way, the problem is that these scammers open new accounts, so they are bought from new accounts many times

Thanks. I just reported them. you can require payment right away even for an auction? How would that work?

I have a buyer who's profile says: "Based in Taiwan, yingj_2014 has been an eBay member since Jul 28, 2014"... shipping address is in Gaithersburg, MD...

Buyer messaged me before bidding asking for free shipping, which I kindly refused.

Item ended earlier today, but didn't pay yet.

Should I be concerned about shipping? (Obviously once paid)
My office buzzes to the JewishMusicStream!!!

Ordering from more than one account.

They are subsidising the deals

Do they care If I consistently order the max on one account?

Never had a problem. There was a seller who starting limiting buyers for about a month when a buying scheme was found out, a bunch of buyers were banned, but its back to normal now.
