So I tried opening a new account last night, all went well till I tried buying something and for some reason I got a message that at this time I cannot buy... Can't figure this out... So frustrating!
They will connect your accounts and flag them all.

You need to have everything changed including your computer and network bank or cc info, they have a lot of ways to detect it.
Short and to the point.

I have had an eBay account for 5 years and have a 100% rating with over 100 transactions. I purchase 2 of these iPads which are Daily Deals on Wednesday evening. Yesterday I got an email my account was suspended for exceeding the limit  allowed. The rep. I spoke with said it seems I have more than one account, as a similar order was place from the same IP address. The only explanation is that I use Optimum Wifi, and someone must have ordered the same deal using the same Wifi. I tried calling back today but got nowhere. Any advice? Anyone have the CEO's email address? Is there any way for me to prove that no other accounts were accessed from my computer? Isn't there some number that identifies my computer? HELP!
I am sometimes accused of overthinking things. I am still mulling over whether that accusation has merit.

Nothing you can do. It's like talking to a wall. BTDT.
Just move on and start over, or buy an account.

Not that big a deal.
100 transactions can be easily manufactured in 1 month with a new account.

I had 80 with 100% after more than 10 years. I spent many hours on the phone with ebay, and it's a waste of time. I'm sorry for your loss, but that's the reality.

How?
Buying recipes for between 0.01 and 0.99 cents each.
Will result in quick positive feedback (as a buyer) but nonetheless positive.

When you say computer and network you mean IP address?

+1 I sold stuff on eBay a while back for someone and that's how he would build his accounts.

It seems the entire Lakewood's accounts have been closed, I personally know of 20 other people closed on Thursday. I also had an account with over 100 feedback, just gotta move on they won't reinstate.
