Ummmm. .. 4x eBay bucks is 8%.
The gc's are selling for more than 8% over FV.

IME, as a seller, the buyers of those gc's are scammers. The reason people keep selling them, is bec a new idiot is born every day.

Its not really their fault. They do what you do, and go on eBay and see gc's selling for more than FV, so they go and try it themselves. .. .

What do you mean that the buyers are scammers? The claim they never got the gift cards. Or that the cards had no value?

Either they claim the gc came with $0 (and you're screwed).

Or, in many instances, it's someone who hacked into a PayPal account .
They use their brand new eBay amount, while using an established verified paypal account.
. You ship it to the address on file with eBay, while the item was paid for with someone else's paypal account .

As long as you shipped the gc with tracking, and signature required, PayPal will cover you in that 2nd scenario. But it's a hassle.

NEVER send gc codes/numbers via email unless you're 100% sure that everything checks out.

the problem is that they never got an email. I'm guessing that they put in the wrong email address when checking out.

Now I show up in the best match results in the bottom 2%, I used to be in the top 1%.
I searched online, and even though eBay denies this, it seems they punish your best match results for a few months after a policy violation.

Does anyone know a way to help me.

I have a ten percent off coupon that's on my accoubt and expires by 2 am est time tonight. I tried purchading $1000 in ebay GCs but keep on getting an error from paypal that the transaction can't be completed! Anyone know what there is to do?

maybe the purchase price is to high, can you try splitting into 2 transactions?
