recently ebay/paypal are not letting me order and GC's via paypal digital gifts...anyone else having this experience?

I sold on ebay and shipped the item by email (guess what it is!). Ebay keeps asking me to ship the item and provide a tracking #. How do I deal with this?

Anything I could buy to sell on Ebay\Amazon? now that Target RB is in Question, I'm willing to loose some money on eBay \ Paypal fees. Laptops, Smart Phones, Surface, Tablets or anything? I have to spend $6K within 2 months, I'm also a Costco member.

I hope you're not saying that you applied to credit cards and are now with your back against the wall with how to spend $6000 and not know how to do it

Amex cards might be a bit harder to MS these days with No AP and no loading Amex cards to serve, Loading VGC > Serve @ Walmart?!!.
