What happens if you ship to a rouge acct

I was in such a rush to get my other packages to the PO that I didnt realize that the last buyer didn't have any feeedback and crated their acct today. 
I shipped with tracking but no signature required.

Assuming its a bad account, I'm I screwed? Will seller protection cover me ?

when I googled the address I got several real estate websites seems that the house is up for sale
the ebay name seems to be just random letters and numbers

I know everyone has to start somewhere, but I think I have legit concerns

Maybe be proactive and PUTPAC eBay to voice your concerns.

Iirc You will get a defect on your seller account.

If the buyer agrees to cancel, you will get your fees refunded.

If the buyer does not agree, you may need forfeit the final value fee on the order.

In addition I believe the buyer can still leave feedback which will most likely be negative if you screw the buyer like that.
