As a seller on eBay is it a no no to Ebay message a phone number? Will they shut him down now for that?

It depends what he wrote in the message, but even though he told you to message him private eBay will probably first warn him they won't shut him down right away.

He was a Jewish seller so I asked him in Hebrew what's his number and he responded "you can txt me on 646-..........

I need some help here..

I bought something on eBay, I paid some balance with $800 In GCs, after the purchase my account was closed down

, the Purchase got cancelled and all funds refunded, now 2 weeks later Im trying to use the GC and it says "No Balance"

.
I contacted ebay the say its Pay Pal issue, I contacted Pay Pal they say its eBay Issue...

Anyone have a solution for me?

How can I raise the cash limit of an item I can sell? Right now it's not letting me sell anything for more than $500.

You can ask for a limit increase.

Purchased an exxon gift card from ebay (smvgiftcards) for $100, only had $15 on it. Thing is it was purchased a little over a year ago.
Anything to do about it now?

Were there NO transactions, or the load was listed and there were no others? Maybe you used $85 early after you got it and its too long ago for the machine to list it. See if you can verify its purchase history.

It only had $15 to begin with, thats the initial amount.

I think you should contact smvgiftcards. Have your purchase email and other information available. Along with the GC balance info. Even though it's from a year ago, if the funds were never on the card, you have a case. IDK what they of customer service they have, but they may give your money.
