The buyer used your computer and your cc to purchase an item you didn't order and sent it to a different address?
And the seller didn't cancel the order, because he thought you were just making an excuse to cancel, not that it's not your order at all.
I would worry.  First I would check with everyone in my household to see if they made the order.  Do you know the shipping address?   

I know this is a late response..
The buyer used my account, but I don't know how they paid for it, none of my payment methods,
And they added a new shipping address, one that I don't know

I bought a $590 item on eBay,  a signature was required for delivery,  I wasn't home at the time the delivery man (usps) came,  the delivery status says "attempted delivery"  item got lost  no tracking info available afterwards,  to make a long story short I didn't get the item I called up eBay and opened a case "item not received"  eBay close the case against me and said that because the tracking history shows that it was an  attempt to deliver the item the seller isn't responsible anymore so they will not give me my money back.  Isn't that ridiculous?  I paid $600 for a item that I never got!

I dispute the charge with my credit card company (thanks  to amex).  What is the tracking history showing?

I thought 3rd party GCs were dead, and it didn't allow me to buy an ebay GC.

They're not dead, you just cant buy them with an ebay GC and starting 1/1/17 you cant buy them with ebay bucks.

The only thing changing 1/1/17 is that you can't redeem eBay bucks for eBay gift cards. You will still be able to redeem them for third party gift cards.

From further back in this thread I learned to only ship it to the address in the account/of the original order.  Or you're not protected by eBay seller protection.
