From further back in this thread I learned to only ship it to the address in the account/of the original order.  Or you're not protected by eBay seller protection.

right, so my question is, do I reship it to him new address (if and when I get it back) should  I just keep it as he lost his courage already, and I will loose mine if I ship it to a different address?

Do not reship it to a different address. If/when you get it back, offer him a refund (if applicable - if ebay hasn't refunded him already) and then tell him if he wants it shipped to his new address, he should purchase it again with the correct address.

If it shows delivered, then technically no, especially since the case has been closed already. If you get it back, it's up to your own conscience whether you want to refund him or not.
However if you don't get it back, there is definitely no need to refund.
He also has the power to leave a negative, so bear that in mind too.

They're usually well priced.

They can't catch u if u go stealth. That means new IP address, phone, address, PayPal....

If u were using ur real address it gets pretty hard. Why can't they verify ur ID? If ur truly interested read up on it at aspkin.com

If it's ever applicable to me I will. I've never done anything shady with eBay or PayPal so I haven't had any problems.

Moral of the story: use fake info and hide your tracks before you get chucked; not just after. Hindsight is 20/20. Play on the assumption that you'll be chucked one day, and be prepared.
