What do you mean? If I'm shut down for their stupid policy of when I order within the limit of daily deals, how does guest shut me down more
I'm taking about if you haven't been shut down yet.

I'm having some limitations on me as a buyer, that I can't bid or make an offer on more then one thing at the same time. Upon calling them I found out it's because I had to many cancelled orders within the last 180 days (4 out of 13), so the only way to raise the limit is to change that ratio, the rep told me even if you buy cheap stuff, but as long as it's not cancelled it's ok.

Anyone has any item that I can purchase for $0.01? Let's say a download, or e ail delivery.

Huh?
Although you asked for .01 items to fluff up your purchase history, buying an ebay GC is useful, cost effective and can be a purchase you don't return.

Anybody have any tips regarding what was discussed above, being shut down for purchasing daily deals. Any way to continue purchasing after getting warning, without getting shutdown? & any way to get reinstated if shut down already?

I purchase an item which description said included accessory. The seller later deleted that from listing and did not ship. Is there any way for me to view any revisions that where done to a specific listing?
I am sometimes accused of overthinking things. I am still mulling over whether that accusation has merit.

Ebay is very quick to side with the buyer as they used to have a name for "no customer service" now they started to be more efficient and satisfy their buyers (I guess they are trying to keep inline somewhat with online retailer service)

Yes. When you click on your order it will say on top that listing was revised and to click here to view original.

Yes, call. If the rep doesn't do it, ask for a supervisor. And have your story ready. :)
