I tried to get my account appealed, but eBay denied it and told me my account is suspended indefinitely. So now I am out of luck with eBay making almost 40% of my total sales. Not sure what to do now since eBay support is not answering my emails or giving me a complete answer on phone either.

Has anyone tried creating a new account to start selling again? I came across this guide: https://www.slideshare.net/AuctionEssistance/ebay-incognitostealth but I don't know if this is a 100% way to get back on? I don't want to get suspended again after putting all that work in creating a new account.

Does anyone have experience with offering exchanges on eBay?

I want to offer a buyer an exchange and I would like to ship it out before receiving the original item. Is there any way to do this while still being protected if the buyer does not return the original?

I know you are never supposed to ship an item before being paid for it but perhaps with exchanges they have a better policy where they will charge the buyer for the second item if they don't return the first.

Bought the wrong item (3) and I see that there's a restocking fee of almost $500.

If I decline the package ( 25 days later ) will I pay the restocking fee?

I bought some phones for guys in yeshiva and some of them didn't work so I had to return them, the last return I made the guy didn't return it and a day after the return closed I got an email from ebay that I can't purchase on anything on ebay anymore...

Get the phone from your former friend and return it? Then call ebay and tell them you're sorry for the mistake?
Would that work- or is he doomed?

its not the first return as i got them a few phones and they had issues with the sim cards...
