Its called an automatic bid. In the bid history you have to click show automatic bids.

Please post the email that you got from eBay. (You can cross out private info.)
Also a little background as to what you sell, disputes etc. would be helpful.

I just opened the account around ten days ago. Made a few sales. Mostly health & beauty items. No disputes or any warnings. Just got an email saying this. I chatted with them, they said nothing they can do.

Can you check on your seller performance level and tell me what you see there?

MC999 is pretty hard to overturn. Try giving them a call, you may have to HUCA a few times.
Not likely you'll get your account reopened but worth a try.

I had a performance issue 3-4 years ago and had it resolved after filing a BBB complaint. I think it's worth a shot, it might not work, but it is likely that they will at least give you a reason.

It was always 10% eBay fees and 2.9% + 30¢ PayPal fees, so not much changed...
