I believe the Global Shipping option is now by default on all eligible listings. I think you have to opt out.

Hi, I purchased a used cell phone, seller had decent ratings and claimed it was 100% in working condition! I got it, phone works fine, but camera lens is damaged, internally! This guy does not accept any returns. But I believe a damaged camera is a damaged phone, and should have been mentioned in description. any suggestions how I go about this? Thanks!

Contact seller and tell them about your problem.
Give them 1-2 days to fix it, otherwise you can file a claim with eBay.
Perhaps find out cost to repair and let the seller know etc.

+1 No need for return policy,  the guy will take it back as it was damaged from start.

I sold a Verizon iPhone 6 directly through Paypal. The buyer asked if he can use the phone on other carriers. My understanding is that Verizon iPhones come unlocked, so I told him yes. He is now disputing the charge with Paypal, claiming it doesn't work with other carriers. Does the Verizon iPhone 6 come unlocked? Is there something I need to do to unlock it?
I am sometimes accused of overthinking things. I am still mulling over whether that accusation has merit.

Always make sure before selling an item, to verify that what you say is indeed correct.

If you Google it, most people have confirmed with Verizon that it can work with AT&T or T-Mobile but maybe not Sprint.

I have used it a handful times.

Pretty smooth.

I would suggest to use the same shipping method iHerb.com is using. They send me my orders to Israel for only $4.00! Although it takes 3-4 weeks to arrive. But it's worth for me. I wish there would be more sites that will ship to Israel for such a low price.

I just tried today to buy HP original toner, because they are much cheaper in the US than in Israel, but the shipping costs makes it worthless.

From the seller side, the system is still a bit buggy, but it works. If you work with both local inventory and drop shipping/other warehouses and need to turn Ebay Now on or off for certain SKUs, you'd have to do it one by one, which would be a deal breaker from many.

I received an ebay offer from someone in Canada. My understanding is I will need to fill out a customs declaration form PS Form 2976. Anyone have experience shipping to Canada? will i have to pay duty on the item?
