Quite possibly. Although I'm currently using my wife's account and nothing has happened yet.

Yes. That account has very few feedback, so I don't care if it gets shut down.

i could use some help! i sold something on eBay about 3 weeks ago the buyer paid, so i shipped the item and left good feedback. The money cleared through paypal. Then i got a email from paypal that the buyer opened a chargeback for "Unauthorized payment". They want me to respond and upload documentation in my defense. really what documentation do i have a copy of the shipping label? I'm not really sure what i have. any advice?

a question to ebay sellers:
I got an offer to sell up to 100 things on ebay with only a $10 Final Value Fee (did anyone else get it?)

Today, they're offering x4 ebay bucks (up to $100 each item)

So is there any flow (or risk) in buying a constant-selling $1250 item (which will earn max amount in ebay bucks), then reselling that item on ebay for same price (or a bit more if I'm lucky) and paying the $10 ebay fee and $37 in paypal fees (and maybe also shipping fees)
I would come out 50 bucks ahead - and free MS
and I would do that X5 (max ebay bucks per quarter is 500)

My account is permanently suspended. Planning on opening account in family members name. What is less likely to have problem.
A Open under different name with different address and using that address's IP address to create account. But would afterwards use same old IP address when logging in?
B Just switch the name and info on account but initial setup and regular use all from the same old IP?

I got suspended on two accounts because they were 'related' to each other. Probably means the email addresss were too similar with same IP address. Not sure if that helps.

Sold a phone for $350, however only shipped with delivery confirmation no signature, it was delivered today. Didn't realize needed signature as when printing a shipping label it didn't say signature confirmation as it does with a more expensive item. Will I have an issue?

My eBay account was suspenede so i opened a new one on the same ip and address and it's still and had no problems

I'm using my wife's account, which has her name, and same IP and address, but it was opened before I got shut down.
