First I  spoke to Ebay and they told me t contact them if and when I get a court summons. Next, once I realized that she was lying about the DA I figured she was just upset. So I sent her an email that I had all the correspondence between us and I wasn't scared of her. And for good measure I ended off that my wife is DA in my town! Never heard from her again

Man, I hate people who constantly threaten suit and have absolutely no balls/intent to bring it.

Either bring it or shut your mouth.

Congrats on the win.

Her husband is the DA?
What the blazes does a DA know from filing a civil suit? Great story.

Ebay does it for top rated sellers.

This will be mostly on But it Now listings.

(probably cuz it takes a few days, so on an auction, the auction would be over the time it hits google)

You could see for yourself copy the complete title and do a Google shopping search and it'll come up.

You deff could optimize your title to come up in google shopping by have relevant model numbers and keywords that are used specifically for your product

Name Changed, yitzf - Are you talking from experince, that ebay will only do for top rated sellers? What shaychis does it have with eBay, it  probaly has to do with google Indexing it.

Google doesn't automatically index all e-commerce sites and list them in Google Products, the merchants must upload the info to Google and update it (min. every two weeks). That's why you wont find such a massive selection on many products.

I am trying to sell something on ebay. Asking 230. A buyer contacted me offering 200. I guess I would do it if I could avoid the paypal fees. Is it "dangerous" for me to sell it outside of ebay using paypal? Can he dispute it easily?

The easiest disputes for a buyer to win are those made through paypal. If you do a bank deposit or another method of payment, the worst the buyer can do to you is leave negative feedback or report you to ebay (which i dont think is so effective)
The very fact your making the sale off ebay makes it almost impossible to dispute it either way.
