Message them on Facebook (sounds weird buy I've done it and it works)

The safe thing to do is rent a mailbox at a nearby shipping store or UPS and use it as your return address. You can put your initials for example. You can find locations on anytime mailbox among others, and some places might have cheaper prices when going directly through them.
Buyers don't see your personal info. There used to be a feature to request that info from eBay (eBay would send both the buyer and seller each other's information) but they stopped that.
Meaning like A p.o box? At the post office? Same idea?
What does such a box run about?

The problem with a P.O. Box is that you won’t be able to get a return there if it’s shipped via UPS or FedEx. Usually about 10 a month at shipping stores if you contact them directly. I have multiple, not for eBay, and got the first 6 months free as well when paying for a year.

Sold a code for a game. Sent the code through eBay messages. Buyer opened a case that it was an unauthorized transaction. Any hope for me?

Relist the game code or if there's a way to test if it works, try and see if he didn't use it and then you're fine.

Who's PayPal account does it show to ship the item to? And does it match the address from eBay ?

If not you should have noticed that right away.

Already redeemed. PayPal info matches (it happens to be I generally never check if it matches).

Buyer has 30 feedbacks. account is one year old

Thinking about it now if he claims that it was in fact not an authorized purchase then of course the game code is used.

I find it really weird. That his eBay and PayPal account was hacked.

Don't let him get away easy.
Let him file a dispute or you should reach out to eBay.

Or @mileagejunkie might have a solution.

Really weird, I must say.
I've sold over the past few months many items BH.
And now in the past two days I had two people complain that the batteries don't work and that a speaker I sold doesn't play sounds even after connecting..
Who knows, is this another way of looting?

IINM that only varies of you have an eBay store.

Assuming that's what your referring to?

Otherwise it's 10% and then 2.9% from PayPal plus $0.30 per transaction.

That's a screenshot from PayPal, while eBay bills you separate from what PayPal charges.

 So yes that's correct.

2.9% from PayPal, plus the transaction fee of $0.30.
So $828.60 which is the total after taxes which eBay takes for them self now.

 $828.60 × 2.9% + $0.30= $24.33

And again tax from eBay is taken now.

So to be exact you will get a charge from eBay at the end of the month for $76.90.

Again this is with the assumption that you have a standard account and not an eBay store.

Hope I was clear in my math and the breakdown..

Anyone reason not to sell on eBay internationally ? Presumably they take care of customs and other laws
Also should combine shipping if customer buys 2 products different orders ?

Global shipping program? No downsides, but I wouldn't do it if you're a smaller seller and selling more expensive items because there is still room to be scammed and you might not be inclined to write off the losses. If GSP, you need to ship each separate to KY if different orders, each label has a reference number for that particular order.

I've sold something on eBay, dropped off a few package at local USPS.
Tracking didn't update on 1 box for over a week. Says awaiting package.
I had that already a few times, that it took some time, but this is much longer, and package should've arrived already.

Most likely stuck at post office or regional center if they missed the first scan. Buy yourself as much time as you can, and don't send a replacement, rather refund and ask them to place a new order. Reason being that you might be able to have eBay reopen the case if you refund before they escalate the case (not likely). Next time print a SCAN form and have it scanned when dropping off.
