Most likely stuck at post office or regional center if they missed the first scan. Buy yourself as much time as you can, and don't send a replacement, rather refund and ask them to place a new order. Reason being that you might be able to have eBay reopen the case if you refund before they escalate the case (not likely). Next time print a SCAN form and have it scanned when dropping off.

Meanwhile I didn't hear anything from the buyer...
possilbe that it was delivered without being scanned at all?
I did have packages missing the first few scans. Like I shipped from brooklyn and it started picking up scans a few days later.

Never happened to me personally. Since covid, thousands of orders, had two that were delayed about a week but showed up and 2 or 3 not received claimed but tracking showed delivered so they were closed in my favor.

Anyone see items shipped within the continental US be routed in circles around Puerto Rico?

Shipped via USPS from CA to east coast, tracking only started about a week after shipping and now its circling around Peurto Rico.... any experience?

Don’t know about that, but to follow up on my post, USPS has been slower in the past month than towards the beginning of COVID, not sure why. I’m doing almost only UPS at the moment.

Someone reached out to me from Israel regarding how much shipping would cost for an item. I have shipped to Israel before but i always thought the buyer can see how much the total price is including shipping, first time being asked for a quote. Anyone know how to proceed? Thanks

If you have shipping worldwide enabled, they can select their method of shipment and see the price. You can suggest them to do so.

I currently have Gsp set up on most of my listings including this one. I might have messed up by not actually picking a global shipping option. i always thought U can just add gsp to your listings and it will be automatically calculated for the buyer. when i click on gsp it gives me different rates and options also letting me choose how much the buyer actually pays etc..

Asking for a friend An eBay seller is requesting that they pay them using only eBay gift cards. They want them to purchase GCs and email them the numbers. Is this a thing? Is this legitimate?
