Am I the only one who paypal has failed to inform via email of a payment made to me? 2 out of the last 3 purchases!

It happened to me too, though the emails came in 3 hours later.

Something is up w paypal/ebay, I have been receiving notices as late as 2 or 3 days after the event occurred. (Sold item, payment received etc)

+1. I was just wondering the same thing. Thought maybe it was the app so tried switching to a computer and with the same result.

Help a buyer just sent me an email that an ink from a printer that sold him was broken! the box was sealed and it was brand new the buyer himself sent me " The box was sealed so I know this is not your fault but now I need to go buy this printer at retail unless you can overnight a replacement. Please get back to me ASAP."
What do I do?

I don't think you're obligated to overnight a new one, especially before he sends back the old one so you can see if it's really broken.
Tell him he should send the broken one back to you, and either buy a new one himself and you'll refund some of the money, or you'll send a new one when you get the broken one.

He sent me a picture of the broken ink  he told me that the nearest staples is 10 miles plus $3 in tolls  i dont have another printer and the only reson he bought it from me was because was able to have it for hom today! dent him back an email saying "I understand you. At the end of the day what do you want me to do" as of now he has not responded

I called up buydig and they are giving me a new ink but have to send back the old one should give him a $10 refund and tell him that will send him the replacement one for free if he send back the old one to the company (I will provide him with the stuff lable from FedEx to dend back to the company)
Or should just give him the refund but he has to send me back the broken ink for free??

What postage? Isn't buydig sending you a label? Forward him the label,  and have him deal with buydig.  Good him a $10 credit for the unforseen hassle.

If you sold a printer for $100, it's not the end of the world to refund $20 + $5 for shipping. It's called customer service and the cost of doing business.

You ink should give him back the $18.11 for the item and $3.20 for the sipping back to me the old one?? Can ask him to send it bck to bugdig for me? as it is between eBay, paypal and shipping cost already costed me $60!

If you want, you can ask, but you sold him a defective item, so even if it's not your fault, ultimately it's your responsibility. If you refund the money, you'll be left with the extra ink, so you can sell that to recoup some of the money. You can also ask BuyDig to give you a refund instead of shipping a new ink.
Like I said, #CostOfDoingBusiness.
