How to get someone at eBay (as a seller) who can actually help you:

Message them on Facebook (sounds weird buy I've done it and it works)

You should ship with the eBay global shipping program.

You should ship with the eBay global shipping program.

Thank you. How can I check how much it will cost before I send him an invoice?

ETA: Never I figured that out. (Just click on "send invoice")

My question now is, Can I use the eBay global shipping program if that isn't showing up as an option in the drop-down menu on the invoice?

You need to select that you are shipping through the global shipping program when you list the item. I don't know if you can do it after the sale.

I never really sold on eBay before, so I have a n00b question. Somebody from Indonesia just bought an iPhone 4 for $110. I only listed shipping to the US. He has a lot of positive feedback - all as a buyer - but there were a few from a while back that said "bad buyer" and the like. The buyer contacted me and told me to use "custom 1st class mail international for $17". My questions are:

1) How would you recommend I ship it?
2) Is there any way to track it?
3) Anything else I should know?
Indonesia  is one of the countries that have a very high fraud rate, being that its a used phone possibly its less likely that its fraudulent, but just keep that in mind if you are preceding with the order.

I would recommend shipping with USPS Priority of Express Mail, as it is the simplest and cheapest being that you don't have a discounted account with other carriers.

You could print the shipping label on USPS.com

Tracking will be included with the shipping label.

Once someone sends you an offer 3 times they can't send anymore. Is there a way you can send them an offer?

There is an option to counter offer, however, I think it disappears after the 3 times.

I had it on bulk decline so I couldn't do a counter offer

send them a message that you can make a custom listing for a certain price. Then message them a link to the listing.

Thanks that is what I did. I just wanted to know if there was a way reset the offers.

I just discovered that Paypal charges an extra 1% if the payment method is international, even if the shipping address is in the US. Is there any way to protect myself from this in the future? I already excluded foreign buyers, but that just affects the shipping address.

I have $429 in eBay Bucks. Willing to sell for $390 (9% discount).
eBay bucks are non-transferable, so the item needs to be purchased through my account and shipped to you.

PM me if interested.

I sold a shirt on eBay 6 weeks ago. By mistake I printed out a different label twice, and the shirt got shipped to the other buyer. I contacted her and asked her to refuse it and do return to sender. She responded that she did it, and it's on the way back.
Some time passed, and I never received it. I assumed it either got lost in the mail, or she kept it and lied about returning it. I contacted the buyer of the shirt, told him it probably got lost, and refunded the money.
Today, i came home, and lo and behold, the package was at my door. The Return To Sender label had a date of 7/1. It seems like it got lost in the USPS system for 5 weeks, and they just found it this week. I contacted the original buyer to ask him if he still wants it, and he said yes.
I guess all's well that end well.

Are you allowed to have a few accounts under your name?

For example one for personal buying. And one for selling?

Not items from the same category
