One Way Biz Ticket

Anyone know how I can get a one way business class ticket LAX-TLV on 5/12/11 either on miles if possible or at a good price?

Stopover is fine. I need to return on 3/12/12 but the date is too far in advance and they won't let me book it. Even if I take the last possible date (Oct. 3ish) and pay the change fee (if applicable depending on airline) the ticket must be used within a year of being issued...HELP!

you can use 67,500 AA miles for a one way El Al direct flight lax-tlv
