I signed up for this promo back in September and completed all the requirements. They credited my account with 2 $50 credits, but never gave the final $150. I called they multiple times and they keep promising me they will credit the last $150, but it's been over a month and they have yet to credit it.
Any action I can take to get the to actually credit it?

Yes if you completely empty the account they will close it over the phone or messaging
