Interesting,
After I opened my account online I got this email:
"Congratulations, your new account is open. A customer service representative will be contacting you within 48 hours..."
And my account is already up and running...
But after opening up DWs account a few minutes later I got this email:
"Thank you for choosing First Niagara. We received your application and our Customer Contact Team is working to process your application. A representative will be contacting you within 48 hours..."
And now a week later they didn't even withdraw the funds from the bank account I provided... And when DW calls them, they don't see her name, account in their system...
Anybody??
