you're confusing me. I swear I got this as a gift. It's been on a shelf for a year. I tried selling on ebay but they took it down. Yes, people pay 200 for a belt that goes for 350 if it's real. Yes it's crazy, but no, I would never have bought it myself

That being said, once I have it, I sure as he'll am gonna flip it! Now, do you want it or not?

He bought a good fake,  and is trying to flip it for a profit.

The friend part is made up.

Sorry for not being Dan likaf zechus  ::)
wow you're a hater. No, the friend was not made up. The person who gave me the gift says it's real. My friend claims he knows everything about this stuff and showed me a tiny nuance that he says gives it away.

If you don't want it " kol hakovod" as you yeshivish guys say. Just keep your attitude to yourself.

all honesty, and seriously? Ferragamo is a fashion statement. It's a 300 dollar belt. If you walk around with one you're asking to get noticed. Once you are, you're harassed about it, and if it's not really truly a ferragamo, what's the point? It's NOT a fashion statement (cuz it's not real) making the only point is to get noticed. I don't want that.

So, like I said, I would never buy one, but as a gift I would feel a DROP good about myself, but as a fake, I just don't feel comfortable.

What's your take?

I dont wear fashion statements for the name. I have a patek watch thats ake, i bought it in Thailand bec its nice not bec of the name.

I happen to this this is funny and i am having a good time with you, dont take anything personal. you are your own persona nd you have to be confident which is seems you are.

I'm a member of other forums (non-Jewish) and threadcrapping like this would get you banned.  This is an embarrassment.

The attackers. They dont ban people for posting items to sell. Not being cynical here.

The threadcrappers. The rule elsewhere is that if it's not a good deal, the market will determine that.

What's the difference between a "fashion statement" and "getting noticed"?
