free car history report
« on: January 26, 2014, 02:06:09 PM »
Does anyone know if free car reports can be found? Carfax and Autocheck have become rather expensive especially when your looking at a number of vehicles.

Some time ago there was a way to check online for free. That site no longer works. There also a rather cool hack where you switched the vin# in the URL on some sites and yours would pop up. So far no luck.

Anyone know of anything?

I made reference to this hack. I could not get it to work, did you?
I got it to work for me, it was the 2nd result. And it was autocheck

I buy them for $2 on Craigslist. Multiples are probably much cheaper. Very easy to bargain with these guys.
Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.

Many dealers give them for free. Sometimes private sellers too.

I can do them cheap if you get multiple. AutoCheck are cheapest, then CarFax by plate.
