When a "Rabbi" spews kefira or borderline kfira bifarhesya, I no longer feel the need to respect him.

Jewish people are like family, so imagine being told your cousin survived that tragedy as he missed his flight. I'm sure you would be happy.
Are we sad others died, yes. Every day people die, but they don't always concern us.
When this happens in conjunction with a good deed, it's even more joyful.
