Has Anyone Heard of Condor Flugdienst?

I was asked by my uncle to purchase 4 one-way tickets from LAS-BRU in mid-Nov 2014.

The cheapest price found was on Condor Flugdienst via FRA. He wants me to buy the tickets, but i am a bit hesitant, as i've never heard of this airline, and given that the flight is 8 months out, they might not be here by then (have had couple of bad experiences with small airline going belly-up before).

Am i being too paranoid? or am i correct to worry that the low price isn't worth the hassle of booking a flight with them.

Seems like they have been in business over 60 years. I doubt you have to worry about them going under

Condor airline announced new flights to San Diego, New Orleans and Pittsburgh. Giving that it recently partnered with Alaska mileage plans this should open a new door.
