How to translate a PDF

I have a PDF in Icelandic, I tried to open it in Google drive to get it converted to English. It was not working. Any eitzas?


(Its not just text, Icelandic tax return, #dontask)

Can you select the words to copy them? A lot depends on how the pdf was made.
You can also look online for OCR tools.

Cant select the words, its a tax return, 10+ pages with multiple fields and numbers

You can look online for OCR tools. But your best bet might be to find someone who speaks that language to translate it for you.
Evernote does OCR pretty well, but idk about icelandish...

Adobe OCR dosn't have Icelandic in the system  :-\
