Was told by BA can't do it. :(
Why do I get mad when reading this?  :(

Why can't airlines train their agents properly?

Would assume (off hand), they are both SkyTeam. Is it one ticket?

They are. No, KE is an award ticket, CZ is a paid ticket. Any way to check this up in Amadeus?

Doesn't US/AA have the policy not to interline with airlines outside of the OW alliance when its not on the same ticket?

We believe that AA does have it.
However, it is a policy issue, not an interlining issue.
