Dan said his bag was damaged. He didn't mention about any of his items being damaged.
All 70 pounds damaged of my wife and my stuff from Euro/Israel trip in 2010.

Was flying from CDG to TLV via VCE, FRA, and ZRH on LH/LX tickets booked via BD and US miles separately.

Should I wish I was born a few years earlier? No.
I'll have the advantage of still being alive in 2089 when FK will enter the star alliance.
Oh will that be fun.
I'll be able to fly around the world with my 99 yr old wife in DD F for just a little over 70k miles.
Love me or hate me. I still love you.

If I fly on one reservation TLV-YYZ on AC then YYZ-ORD on AA would Air Canada be able to check in my bags all the way?

I am *Gold and plan on checking in 3 bags but don't want to pay for them by the AA flight. Would Air Canada be able to check them in all the way to ORD for me?

If not, by booking AA YYZ-ORD in business would I be able to check in 3 bags?

According to their interline agreement with AA, they should be able to.

Where can I see if a airline has a  interline agreement with a different airline?

All major airlines can interline bags if you have a printed itin.
But either way you'll need to collect bags in YYZ.

Usually google is good. What airline are you looking for?

For example, here is Air Canada's list on interline partners - http://www.aircanada.com/en/travelinfo/before/eticket/index.html

That I know. It's just with AC I am able to check in 3 bags, by AA only 1. So I want to make sure AC can check them all the way through and I won't need to pay AA excessive baggage fees.

ETA: A bit off topic, which one of these would you choose.

Air Canada TLV-YYZ (767) YYZ-ORD in economy (UA Miles) or TLV-FRA (LY)-FRA-PHL (US)-PHL-ORD (AA) (Business class)

I don't really care so much about business more than economy. Its just a matter of convenience and airlines.

Unless you don't consider LY or EK as a major airline.

If connecting AC to AC you do NOT claim your checked bags.

Seems like SI had a different experience:
But keep in mind that when booked with them, bags won't go through, as there is no interline agreement.
