Can anyone recommend a attorney (with reasonable fees)that can negotiate a settlement offer (preferably in monsey)?

Landlord & tenant attorney.

I used this guy for a NYS case where we went to trial but eventually we settled through court meditation.

Nearly impossible if its a primary/secondary residence and a private lender. A 3 year process at a minimum and every I better be dotted and every T crossed. Because the risk of losing the entire principal is real for the uninitiated. I dont know a private lender in the last 15 years who lent money against a residential property that could be claimed as the borrowers home.

If there's a UCC lien might be different.

What will you foreclose on? The fixtures? Good luck with that.

Anyone can claim they live in the house as their (primary) residence and then you have to comply with the RPAPL and FAPA.

Career question: Is paralegal an attractive career option for a frum woman?
It appears to be significantly more lucrative than conventional office work but not as demanding as becoming/practicing as an attorney, but it doesn't appear to be a common career path among frum women.

Is an ABA approved program important?
It is important to become a certified paralegal?
Is a bachelor's degree important?
Is working remotely a reasonable option, once one gains experience?
Are part-time opportunities rare?
Any recommendations for online paralegal programs? (with or without an associate's/bachelor's degree)

Thanks!

from simple online search it seems that it carries some of the cons associated with law profession, namely long hours/low flexibility/high stress
or to put differently: these don't seem common
Is working remotely a reasonable option, once one gains experience?
Are part-time opportunities rare?

Lawyers will dump all the grunt work and tedious research on their paralegals. It can even more stressful than the lawyers job.

As far as I understand, there is a decent amount of demand for paralegals in the frum corporate world and a small pool of candidates.

If I pay someone to write a book and decide halfway through that I don’t like how he’s doing it and want to finish it up myself, does he retain the legal rights to the material that he put together while I was paying him? Can he copyright it from me?
