I didn't find the Uncle Edik to have any outstanding crunch. The taste isn't great and it's been sitting in my fridge for a while. Some pickles also are half white and not fully pickled it seems like.

Milts (boo) bread and butter pickles are really good. The recipe is in one of the Secret Restaurant Recipe cookbooks.

I believe they were, I picked it up from pomegranate. I believe the style pickles is just that type.
