Looks like Money Heist hasn't been mentioned here, perhaps Netflix's best show ever. A big sensation in Europe and Israel but less popular in the US.
Emily In Paris has excellent subtle cultural nuances, and does an incredible job of gradually developing the characters & their relationships instead of presenting them bluntly. It is soapy though.
Dynasty is very good, similar to Amazon's Succession.
Israeli's Kann also has a very good new show called Manayak - a derogatory term Israeli cops call the AG's police crime investigations unit. It is based on a true story, and portrays the common dark dealings in the halls of the Israeli justice system remarkably accurately. Like Tehran, it can be easily found by searching Telegram for channels named after them.
