Filled out the form online in 2013. Gave them all my info, including all the info about my samsung galaxy note 3. Never got the card. I called Samsung, and they said its a google issue. I called google and they said that the number of people that signed up for this was more than the amount of credits they designated for the promotion, but then why did they accept my completed form online? Anyone have this same problem? Any suggestions about what I can do?
