gchat outage?

I have been having issues with gchat today.  Is anyone else having such issues?

google apps chat went down a few minutes later, but it looks like they're  both back up now.

Whew! Now we'll be work without cross conversations throughout the office...

We use it plenty at work, and I use it at home as well. Faster than email, and doesn't require belonging to a social network.
