Google WorkSpace Problem - Urgent

So I never felt so lost.. I woke up this morning and saw this email in my personal inbox.

Billing suspension for Google Workspace Business Standard
Your Google Workspace Business Standard subscription for xxxxxxxxxxx.com is suspended because no payment method is enabled for your account. All services for all users are currently unavailable.

To add a payment method:

Sign in to your Google Admin console and click Billing.
Next to Google Workspace Business Standard, click Actions and select Access billing account.
Click Manage Payment Methods.
Click Add Payment Method and enter your payment information.
Sign in

But when I try to login it's just not logging in. It's not letting me access my Admin Console. I've been in touch with their so called support line in India today and of course these idiots are not able to help.

I have a million emails to answer and address but no way to access my account because of this stupid suspension.
ANY ONE ABLE TO HELP ME I WILL PAY $500.

What do you mean by "it's just not logging in"? If you have a filter, try disabling it temporarily

If all else fails and your business depends on it, maybe try to get someone with some reach on social media to post about your plight and see if anyone in their network can put you in touch with someone at Google who can direct your issue to someone internally. A LinkedIn post might get it out there as people can tag various Google people (whether they know them or not).

Ultimately people in our community are here for each other, and if someone somewhere has a connection at Google, I wouldn't be surprised if they'd help you connect.

It's a long shot, but if nothing else works in the next day or two, I'd give that a try.

What "exactly" is your issue logging in to the admin portal (https://admin.google.com/) with the account's superuser user?

Seems like he was locked out because account was suspended

The billing user (superuser with billing access) should still have access to Admin portal, even for a suspended account.

Login via a different domain email address,not a Gmail one.

There you go! I am having the same exact problem as the reddit user! Ugh! How come Google doesn't have a normal way to solve this? And I doubt that I'm the only one having forgotten to update my cc info. Why shouldn't Google have a way to just update the CC payment info without going through this hell?

Turns out I was not the admin.. I found the email address which was the Admin and was able to login and update the payment through that account.

Now it's finally starting to make sense... If you're not the super admin then obviously you can't log in.

Did anyone help you enough to claim your offer of $500? Just a thought - not telling you what to do, but if not, maybe give it to tzedakah. It can show Hashem how you made the best of a difficult situation, and you used it to grow, which can bring a tremendous shefah of bracha to you in the future.
