Update/correction, I had an email with 3 lines and they were all eligible for unlocking, so I would be wrong there. It's good to know that the phone doesn't need to be physically turned on and activated, it's enough to activate it online or over the phone with a pin. Unlocking is only in the actual phone though.
Same here I was only able to unlock 1 out of 3 phones after 60 days.
The automatic eligibility check says I'm not eligible, anyone had success by calling them ? Any other options ?
