Yes you'll need to turn off auto pay. Or you'll be billed even though you added a month. Indeed that's correct.
We found the option to turn off autopay, but it seems like turning it off deactivates the service.
Also, the rewards activity page just says that we redeemed a free month of service but there's no code or confirmation number. How would that get added to the account?
