What's the best points option for business/first class flying Lufthansa Airlines

I am looking to fly this weekend to lizensk Poland I have amex/chase /spg points, whats my best option for flying with business /first class.?

Either Saturday or Sunday... JFK to RZE... long layover in FRA, but it's LH First and FCT... Probably best redemption is transferring Amex points to KrisFlyer should cost 80,000 Amex Points transferred into 80,000 KF points... with United, this would now cost 110,000 United miles so not worth it...
