US debit card on foreign airline!! Any extra fees!?

Morning,
If I use regular US debit card or credit card on foreign airline to book the ticket would I be charged for foreign transaction fees. The airline is aeroflot and I'm booking directly on their website.

The price shows up as USD. But I can change the shown price to any currency. Any ideas!

IF you are charged in USD then there should be no foreign transaction fees. At least IME.
