What's the cheapest way for a 20 yr old to rent a car in LA? Would it make sense to use the Chabad code for Hertz which I hear waives underage or rent from somewhere else?

According to their website the minimum age is 21 but I'll call to confirm when I get a chance.

When renting under 21, you don't have too many options. Take what you can get

Try foxrentacar... I used em way back before i was 21. See if they still rent under 21 now. They also have a ton of coupons so be sure to use em when you reserve.
